Attire is semiformal. For men--suits, sports jackets and trousers, or button down and trousers. For women--dresses, skirts or dress pants and blouses, suits. Guests are welcome to bring a Halloween costume for the reception if they feel like celebrating. However, the evening itself is not costume themed.
